2011 REVIEW - PART 1

So Guess what...
It's time to Review 2011
Like Jan, Feb, & March!
You can do it too!
Just click the button and link up!

Evidently I thought that everyone needed to know more about ME during these 3 months...
as I posted 10 Facts and 7 Facts.

I also posted LOTS of recipes.
Posting recipes is actually what got me started blogging.
I had many MANY requests for my recipes.
I cook alot....
Easier to share on the internet,
than to write it down
5 Bajillion times

I played along with the Cheer Up Swap....
Not gonna lie, Sorry but it SUCKED.
Not only was my package late...
Half the stuff was broken or messed up.
THEN my partner didn't even take the time
to blog about the great stuff she got.
I didn't want to embarrass her or call her out...
SO I smiled and made a NICE post.

My widdle doggie woggie got his fair share of attention in my blog....

And we found interesting things in the front yard.

I think everyone remembers the weather and the SNOW!
Man we got plenty.
I have to laugh at the picture I took from my office...

AND

I can never forget....

Now your turn...
Give us a recap
Then go link it up!!

I have never had a successful swap. I give up!

Great recipes!

I have never once done a swap. I am 95% sure I would be the one sending my swap gift off late. I'd hate to do that to someone. :o)

When I began blogging, recipes was a big part of what I posted, too!!!

Oh I will be back to pin some recipes!! That is awful about the swap! I can't believe she didn't at least post what you gave her! Especially after the trouble with her package.

Thanks so much for recapping with us! I have your first point recorded and am now following your blog so I can make sure to read your recipes!

I am going to print off some of those recipes - the chicken tater tot slow cooker meal sounds amazing!!

I've just participated in my first swaps in the past month - one was a little disappointing, and the other I haven't received my package yet...I'm not sold on swaps, that's for sure!!

I'm fairly certain that if I ever participated in a swap it would turn out similarly. I'm off to look at some of these links...because who can resist a doggie woggie? (not me, that's who)

wow and I thought my town was small at less than 3000! I was a 4-H girl too! :-) Loved it.

you are way too nice. I totally would have bitched out your swap buddy. LAME! And that's why I just enter blog contests and not swaps. Call me selfish but whateves!

hahahah I can't believe you found a peep cutout in your yard!

I just saved this post in my recipes folder. Those all sound so tasty. You know I have a love for all things food.

I hate that you had a bad swap experience. I've had a couple of bad ones too so I said I was done until next year (which is right around the corner) although I think I may be happy not doing any more. We'll see.

Thanks for linking up! You're so sweet to play along!

Great review Chell! Your lime aid sounds so good. I'll have to try it! And Mr. Dog is adorable. The camera loves him if only he will let you get a shot. :)

I've considered doing a swap, but after reading about your experience I think I'll pass for now.

Aw, I wish I loved to cook.. but I do admire those who do and love looking at yummy food.. I have done a few blog swaps and I think I built them up to be awesome that I was let down... I also went a tad overboard with $$ and I didn't seem to have lasting connections because of it... maybe another time.

My hatred of going to the post office will prevent me from doing a swap! Man that place is horrid!

Like Emmy, I will be back to check those recipes. I think recipes and humor are the bulk of my pins! :P
