Chicken Tortilla Soup

What to gather:
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup diced onion
3 minced garlic cloves
2 jalopenos diced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 limes (juice from the limes)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cans chicken broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 1/4 cup water
4 oz chopped green chilis
1 can black beans (rinsed & drained)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup corn
1 cup white hominy
crushed tortilla chips
shredded jack cheese
chopped green onions
sliced avocado

1. Dice chicken and cook ingredients from GROUP A on the stove top. You could also grill the chicken(then dice)and add to the rest of the ingredients from GROUP A.

2.Add Combine ingredients from GROUP A and GROUP B in a stock pot and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer one hour.

3. Top bowls of soup with portions from GROUP C.
